Prior to participating in any activity sanctioned by the ACC, you must read the Exclusion of Liability, Assumption of Risk Indemnity Agreement (the “waiver”). If you agree to the terms of the waiver, then print the waiver in colour and 2-sided, legibly fill-in the waiver in ink with your information. Return your signed waiver to the trip leader. Please contact the trip leader if you are unable to do so.
