Take notice that the Annual General Meeting of members of the Alpine Club of Canada, Toronto Section will be held on Saturday November 21st, 2026 at The Granite Brewery & Tied House between 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm with the agenda provided below.

- Welcoming Remarks, Land Acknowledgement
- Confirmation of Quorum
- Call to Order/Voting Process
- Presentation of Slate of Directors
- Nominations from the Floor
- Election of Board of Directors
- Presentation of Financial Statements
- Resolution to waive Auditing of Financial Statements
- Other Business – National Awards
- Adjourning Resolution
Only members in good standing will be permitted to vote at during Member Business. Please ensure that your membership is up to date one week prior if you wish to vote at the meeting. Hors d’oeuvres compliments of ACC Toronto Section will be served after Member Business. Additional food and cash bar available.
Following membership business, the event will transition to our year end party with a recap of section activities and a talk by guest speaker Ian Welsted.

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Guest Speaker: Ian Welsted
9:00 pm – 9:30 pm: Raffle draw
9:30 pm – 10:30 pm: Year-End Party!
