In order to be in compliance with Ontario’s Proof of Vaccination for High Risk Areas Legislation, The ACCTS Board of Directors has decided that, effective immediately, custodians at Bon Echo will request to see proof of 2nd vaccine before any participants at Bon Echo can use the hut or sauna. We are updating the calendar listings for the remainder of the trips to Bon Echo to indicate this. Given the change of policies, full refunds will be granted to anyone who asks for them. It is our hope that we can hold our Annual General Meeting in person this year, at the Pilot Stealth Lounge in downtown Toronto. We are waiting to see if the Ontario government will change the legislation regarding indoor events, so we are unable at this point to know for certain what the capacity limits for this event will be. Naturally, only fully vaccinated members will be eligible to attend in person, as it is in a restaurant facility. We expect to offer a virtual option for those unable to attend in person.
