We’re pleased to report yet another successful year of garbage clearing at Tiffany Falls and Devil’s Punchbowl along Hamilton’s Escarpment. Throughout the year, various garbage and trash finds its way into these conservation areas; some with steep incline – a perfect opportunity for our club to lend a hand on cleanup week! Particularly for Tiffany Falls, our club has interest in keeping these areas clean as we benefit from ice climbing there – when the weather cooperates. Huge shoutout to all the volunteers that pushed through on the cleaning efforts despite somewhat questionable weather this past weekend.

Registration is now open for our 2026 Section Camp taking place July 19-26. Through great odds, we’ve secured the elusive Illecillewaet Hut (A.O. Wheeler Hut) in Glacier National Park. The hut provides great access to many mountain ranges including Mount Sir Donald. At section camp, we are offering both guided and self-guided participation.
