The ACC Toronto Section is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for members of all backgrounds and experience. The DEI committee strives to advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in all section activities and events.
We are seeking out members to join the committee to assist in increasing awareness of diversity issues and promoting diversity in the outdoors. Experience in advocacy, social media communication, and community outreach would be valuable.
We are also seeking liaisons to work with the activities committee, as well as the marketing and communications committee to improve diversity in member participation and enrollment.
