As many were aware, our long-standing Pub Nite location (The Imperial) sadly closed late last year. Registration is now open for our 2026 Section Camp taking place July 19-26. Through great odds, we’ve secured the elusive Illecillewaet Hut (A.O. Wheeler Hut) in Glacier National Park. The hut provides great access to many mountain ranges including Mount Sir Donald. At section camp, we are offering both guided and self-guided participation. WHERE: Wapta Icefields, AB WHEN: March 16 – 20, 2026 DESCRIPTION: We’ll be skiing the classic north–south Wapta Traverse across the Wapta and Waputik Icefields, starting from Peyto Lake and finishing near Sherbrooke Lake / Great Divide Lodge on Highway 1.
