We’ll be holding our Annual General Meeting on November 11th at The Pilot! This year, we are excited to have Bronwyn Hodgins as our guest speaker.
Bronwyn is a professional climber and ACMG Rock Guide based in Squamish, BC. From 13d sport and trad, to big wall first ascents in Greenland and Baffin Island, to becoming the first Canadian woman to free climb El Capitan in Yosemite, Bronwyn’s passion and ambitious goals have taken her around the globe. She has also starred in, filmed and/or co-directed short adventure documentaries, some of which are currently touring in mountain film festivals internationally. In the summers Bronwyn works as an independent Rock Guide, creating and running advanced courses including Women’s Advanced Trad and Intro to Big Walls, as well as recently taking on ownership of the Treeline Community climbing festival in Squamish.
Our entire AGM is open to all but remember you must be a member to vote on club business!
