The ACC Toronto Section is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for members of all backgrounds and experience. The DEI committee strives to advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in all section activities and events. We are seeking out members to join the committee to assist in increasing awareness of diversity issues and promoting diversity in the outdoors. Experience in advocacy, social media communication, and community outreach would be valuable. Dear ACC Members and Volunteers,Some of you may be wondering what the ACC-YYZ is planning for the spring and summer with regard to outdoor activities and the opening of the Bon Echo season. Your board of directors has two main priorities in mind: your safety during this pandemic, and your need to get out and enjoy our outdoor activities.Following the recommendations of Ontario Public Health, we will resume outdoor activities once the City of Toronto moves out of the Grey Level of restrictions. We want to thank all of our members for their patience while we sorted out the kinks in our new website. We are pleased to announce that all is now well and the website is up and functioning.
