WHERE: Stairs located between the South Entrance to the High Park Zoo and Jamie Bell Adventure Playground. Local coffee shop(s) TBD.
DESCRIPTION: Heading to the mountains this summer? Perhaps you have a hilly hiking trip planned? Kickstart your weekend with some easy cardio in a social setting. Then we’ll grab coffee and talk about our upcoming trip plans!
COST: Free + whatever you purchase at the coffee shop
GEAR: Water, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and weather appropriate clothing; this is a rain-or-shine event.
