TAKE NOTICE that Annual General Meeting of members of the Alpine Club of Canada, Toronto Section will be held on Saturday November 20th at 5:30pm at The Pilot (2nd floor Stealth Lounge) and via Zoom videoconferencing system. Please note that if you are attending in person, you must adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines enforced by the establishment.
ITINERARY:
5:30 – 6:30 Annual General Meeting
6:30 – 9:30 Year End Party with guest speaker: Isaac ‘Ike’ Selby
Be advised that the agenda for the meeting, the Minutes of the 2020 AGM, Yearly Financial Report, and the slates for election of the board of directors, will be sent to all members two weeks prior to the AGM.
ONLY MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING WILL BE PERMITTED TO VOTE AT THE MEETING. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS UP TO DATE ONE WEEK PRIOR IF YOU WISH TO VOTE AT THE MEETING.
